Not only did I survive the Christmas holiday and my birthday (27th) but I also survived a horrid head cold. I usually get this once a year head cold a day or two before New Year's Eve. I don't think I like having this crap on Christmas Eve even though I dread it on New Year's Eve.

Did you read about the woman who accused David Letterman of using coded words to show that he wanted to marry her and train her as his co-host? Some people will do anything to get their 15 minutes of fame.

Where is our rain? North Central Texas is so far behind in rain, it will take many, many inches within in a short falling to fill up our tanks, ponds and lakes. I love the 70s temps but would love a day long rain. Hey Northern California, we'll trade you some rain for some mesquite trees!!!
